A COMPASSIONATE NATION

Refugees, people who have been forced to leave their country in order to escape war, persecution, or natural disaster, have become a hot topic on a global political and ethical front. While people in need risk everything to get to somewhere safe, there are US citizens who are both for and against the United States allowing refugees to enter the country. This documentary mini-series will explore refugees stories of struggle to get to the USA and how both those for and those against feel about the current refugee situation.
